Time-honored techniques
Rairaku - Junmai
It has a moderate volume of aroma and is
finished with an extremely elegant.
The elegant and delicate aroma is
reminiscent of white peaches, and the
glossy sweetness and extended flavor
spread out, making it the “ultimate”
Rairaku.

manually operated Excellence
HANAZAKARI Sake
Award winning Hanazakari brewery was founded in 1898 in Gifu prefecture on the banks of the beautiful Kisogawa river. They continue to use many traditional techniques that are rarely used by brewers these days. They slow drip the Sake through mesh bags with pressure from bamboo shoots and they are the only brewer in Japan to continue to use a manually operated press. These time consuming techniques produce the finest Sake with a distinct flavour.
manually operated Excellence
Rikyubai - Daimon 55
This award winner is our driest sake with
a good level of acidity. A very refreshing
sake that shows strength of character on
the palette. Elegant sweetness with a sour
finish.

I bought my husband there to get some nice sake for our anniversary. He loves the amount of choice! What a gem of a place. It's rare these days to find a store like this that is serious about what they are doing. As a Japanese immigrant, my husband told me he tasted "home."
Friendly service and honest product. I am not a sake guy, but the "JOYO" that was recommended by the owner was smooth and had a decent amount of flavor. Also, we ordered wagyu beef sushi at home to pair with it, which tasted fantastic. Definitely gonna come back and learn more about sake and the sake culture from Inesake!
