Hanazakari Junmai Ginjo 720ml

Small brewery that stands by old, traditional techniques. One of the very few breweries to still use a manuel press, no carbon filtration. The incense scent is gentle and comfortable, and makes you expect sweetness and acidity. The sweetness and sourness are perfectly balanced as it spreads through the mouth combined with a slight undertone of acidity.
