Displays a highly engaging nose of fine, quite precise, fruity and aromatic. The palate is esuave, round, fat, soft, precise and juicy.In mouth this Sake expresses notes of white fruit and nectarine associated with a slight notes of citrus (in the background) and a discreet note of exotic fruit. Good length and persistence. The finish is relatively dry and fresh. Well suited to clean and fresh food matches such as kingfish sashimi or shellfish dishes. Highly recommended. Serve chilled.
